Introducing: Resident of the Month — Celebrating the ECG Spirit
Eastchester Gardens is full of residents who show up, speak up, and step up for our community — and it’s time we celebrate that energy in a big way.
The Eastchester Gardens Resident Association is launching a new tradition: **Resident of the Month**. Each month, we’ll showcase a resident who has done outstanding work — whether it’s helping neighbors, volunteering, organizing, mentoring youth, keeping our grounds clean, supporting seniors, or simply being a consistent positive force.
Why we’re doing this
Because there are a lot of residents with the ECG spirit — people who give their time, their talent, and their heart to make Eastchester Gardens stronger. We want to honor those deeds, highlight the good happening right here at home, and inspire even more community pride.
Help us choose who to honor
We need YOU to help us spotlight the residents who deserve recognition. If you know someone who has been doing great community work — or if you want to nominate yourself — reach out to the Resident Association and tell us:
The resident’s name and building (or best way to identify them)
What they’ve done for the community (specific examples)
How we can contact them (if they’re comfortable sharing)
Let’s celebrate the people who make ECG shine. If you know a resident who deserves to be honored, contact us today — and let’s keep building the community we all want to live in.
